Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire and eligible for annual bonus.Essential Functions:Must actively participate in Bunge s Employee Safety Involvement PlanMaintain a safe work environment for self and all employeesPerform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility s equipmentComplete emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine servicePerform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machinesRead and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust as needed. Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilityUse a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing dutiesDetect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situation to proper supervisionPerform welding including light fabrication of spouts, transitions, etc. from sheet metal including all positions (Stick, MIG and TIG)Rebuild pumps and gearboxesInspect for conformity to industry standards or specificationsRebuild, repair, and replace damaged, defective, or worn partsComply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work areaPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:High School diploma or GED equivalent preferredGeneral Maintenance skills requiredGeneral Troubleshooting skills requiredExperience with SAP maintenance software a plusExperience with PLC and HVAC is preferredWelding experience required (Stick and MIG)Knowledge of bearing installation and clearance settingDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environmentGood written and verbal communications skillsMust be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English for the purposes of record keeping, safety and quality training processes and communicating business related information.Ability to work overtime as neededAbility to work on-call as neededBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
