Maintenance Mechanic

Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements. Responsibilities: Inspection, maintenance, and repair of processing equipment to meet specifications and regulations. Maintenance of other areas. Appropriate budget planning and maintenance of cost control over equipment. Employee relations. Ensure that General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations are being followed and enforced. Supervision of seasonal production workers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have good attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment. Good communication skills. Good mechanical repair and trouble-shooting skills. Two year degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
