What experience will you need with to be a part of our team? Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties to Concrete manufacturing equipment –including production, curing, and processing systems Inspect, diagnoses, and locate mechanical difficulties on a variety of equipment including – hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, using proper tools and test equipment Welding and fabrication skills required to repair various wear items Work on a variety of equipment, including mechanical & pneumatic conveying systems, hydraulic pumps and control systems, pneumatic component and control systems, high temp and humidity curing systems. Work with OEM staff during equipment upgrade and service projects Utilize computerized maintenance programs to perform routine inspections, preventative & predictive maintenance and repairs Respond to emergency equipment stoppage events as necessary Ensure maintenance actions are preformed accurately and completed in a timely fashion Relate with coworkers and employees at all levels, in a professional and personable manner Other duties as assigned. Related Skills Electrical schematic & Blueprint interpretation Hand and power tool use Welding, metal cutting, and fabrication PLC controls Electrical troubleshooting and repair And what is the Much More?
