Become One Of Our Valued Mechanics: Here at Lakeside the maintenance team is the backbone of operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while taking care of the facility as well. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are the “Jack of All Trades” maintaining equipment mechanically, electrically and at times improving the process. Perseverance and ingenuity are the key elements for success and we are looking for the right candidate with the skill sets and attitude to help us get to the next level What You’ll Get: $1500 SIGN ON BONUS 2nd Shift Competitive wages Off-season schedule- Four 10’s Monday – Thursday. Retirement plan with employer match Prescription Safety Glasses & Steel-Toed shoe Reimbursement Educational Assistance What You’ll Do: Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery, both canning and freezing. Lead seasonal staff to produce high quality vegetables. What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training.
