We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements. Shift: 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 7:40am) Hourly Rate: $39.67 ($37.44 base rate + $2.23 shift differential) Knowledge of the following is preferred: Electrical PLC Inputs and Outputs Basic PLC Programing PLC Networking PLC Diagrams and Programs PLC Installation DeviceNet/ControlNet HMI Troubleshooting HMI Programing Presses Basis Press Knowledge Stamping Safety Monitoring Press Operations Basic Tolerances Die Setting Procedures Robotics Robot Components Robot Safety Robot Troubleshooting Robot Maintenance Robot Programing Hydraulics Safety for Mechanical Work Lubrications Fundamentals Rigging Inspection and Safety Hydraulic Control Valves Basic Hydraulic Circuit Design Welding/Fabricating Ferrous Metals Welding Applications Electrode Selection Visual Inspections General Maintenance Skills Fluid Print Reading Rigging Equipment Lifting and Moving All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
