RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and direct maintenance service technicians in the delivery of maintenance work performed, ensuring adherence to safety, quality standards and procedures. Create maintenance technicians’ schedules ensuring operational efficiency. Liaise with client representatives and third-party contractors to ensure service is provided in a timely manner, eliminating re-work. Identify opportunities for improving maintenance service to client, internal processes, equipment and reducing costs through new strategies, technologies, or equipment. Conduct regular equipment and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Manage inventory and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials for timely completion of maintenance work assignments. Manage client billing and create/track budgets. Manage and monitor records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment logs, maintenance schedules and expense reports.
