The Judge Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for one of our clients in the Santa Fe Springs area!The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the oversight of the routine, corrective, preventive, predictive, and predetermined maintenance for all sites. Ensuring the upkeep of all manufacturing assets while managing the maintenance budget and utilizing available resources to their maximum capabilities.This job will have the following responsibilities: Manages and coordinates the day-to-day work activities of staff. Evaluate the performance of department employees and work with HR to provide coaching to help grow the team professionally. Identify low performers and initiate counseling or disciplinary actions when necessary. Review timecards daily/weekly to ensure all hours, breaks, and lunches are accurately recorded. Responsibilities Qualifications & Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in a Maintenance Manager role in a food manufacturing environment. Bilingual Spanish/English. Strong Mathematical skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions, interpret efficiency and performance data, line speeds, KPI, etc. Effective oral/written communication skills. Have computer knowledge and familiarity with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to lead, grow and motivate others. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong electrical knowledge and experience with control systems. Experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, automation, Allen Bradley PLCs, VFD, and refrigeration. Ability to read, develop, and alter schematic diagrams, equipment, and architectural drawings to enhance their efficiency or accommodate new equipment.
