Maintenance Manager (Repairs and Voids) Hybrid role: working across our repairs and maintenance services in Cumbria, our office at Maryport and from home Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) c£55,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong As Maintenance Manager for repairs and voids, you lead our new inhouse DLO team in Cumbria, supercharging their performance and driving a right first-time approach to repairs and maintenance with continuous improvement, delivering on our customer promise. Typical day as Maintenance Manager (Repairs and Voids) You’ll lead operational delivery on all aspects of repairs and voids maintenance, working across the region to drive quality, cost, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and achieving our key performance indicators. You’ll ensure we are compliant with all regulatory, health, safety and welfare standards. Driving repairs performance, including out of hours services, through a right-first time approach and supporting us to achieve positive customer satisfaction scores on our performance. With a commercial focus, monitoring and challenging financial performance, providing accurate forecasting and budgetary control to ensure we are providing cost effective and value for money services. Effective management of our subcontractor services, material and supplier performance. Working closely with our Head of Maintenance and Lead Maintenance Manager to evolve our services and making it a great place to work for our teams. With a strong knowledge of relevant regulations, housing legislation and statutory requirements.
