Job Description: Change light bulbs Painting Repair Machines Read water meters Clean roof drains Other duties as assigned Able to work efficiently and at a fast pace Qualifications: Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Be able to carry up to 50 pounds Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time Drivers License preferred Shift: 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday Job Type: Full time Pay: $15.00/hour, based on experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
