Posting Notes: Marshalls Distribution Center Woburn 83 Commerce Way Woburn MA 01801 Job Summary: :A Shift: Monday : Thursday 5:00AM : 3:30PM: Disburses tools and parts for maintenance work. Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventory.: Maintains minimum spare parts/inventory levels. Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventory. Notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stick reaches designated reorder points.: Contacts vendors/suppliers for pricing, specifications and availability of products and service. Researches and documents cost savings on parts and supplies.: Disburses parts room tools and equipment. Maintains room and records of tools/equipment as necessary. Maintains, upgrades maintenance MP2 program and produces specialized reports. Receives and logs work requests, produces PC work orders and enters information on completed work orders.: Monitors energy management system and revises settings as necessary.: Performs special projects and other duties as required. Assists in other areas of maintenance as necessary.: This description in intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by this job and is not intended to be an exhaustive list responsibilities duties and skills required of the job. Job Knowledge: Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent, one to two years related experience, preferably in a maintenance environment. Demonstrated PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software is necessary.: Computer literate including maintenance programs and components.: Ability to understand mechanical systems and controls for inventory and purchasing purposes. Demonstrated strong communication skills including verbal, written, and listening.
