We are currently looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Helper. Please see the attachment for a full job description. SUMMARY The position provides support to the production departments and other administrative areas by assisting mechanics in completing repairs of production equipment or building infrastructure and systems Additionally, the position completes work orders in building maintenance, part fabrication/repair, machine installation and general preventive maintenance. Requires hands-on versatility in many trade disciplines including carpentry, plumbing and general mechanical. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. A two-year certificate from a college or technical school and five years of work experience in a maintenance function is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. EOE
