Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for overseeing all inventory activities, including material movement, tracking, documentation, accuracy, receiving, and customer service. Key duties involve maintaining spare parts inventory levels, implementing action plans, establishing stockroom policies/procedures, ensuring safety compliance, performing cycle counts, monitoring stockroom security, and handling outgoing shipments. Responsibilities: Maintains spare parts service level, inventory turns, inventory accuracy. Develops action plans with deadlines to achieve the goals set forth by management and track progress on a regular basis. Assists in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for the stock room area in accordance with the industrial manufacturing standards. Engages in all aspects of safety, to include food safety, with employees, contractors and vendors. Receives categorizes, stocks and adjusts inventory. Monitors security of the stockroom and/or tool room. Performs Cycle Counts of stock items as required. Maintains cleanliness and organization of stock room consistent with industry standards. Reviews parts daily to ensure the most accurate information is being provided for the CMMS. Responsible for all outgoing shipments from the maintenance department including bill of ladings, scheduling pick-ups, and proper packing of the shipment. Supervises the dispensing of parts for job kitting. Maintains all chemical inventory and lubrication for BRC and AIMS Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required. A hands-on knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spare parts. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in food manufacturing and how it relates to maintenance and a demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations. Demonstrated understanding of spare parts and their use. Must be fluent in reading /writing of the English language. Working knowledge of hazardous chemicals and materials and the proper storage and disposal of such items Ability to read and interpret work orders, operating manuals and maintenance instructions.Shift:2ndAspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
