The Life Care Center, a 167 bed skilled nursing facility located at 176 Lincoln Ave., Fitzgerald, GA has an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant. This position is a PART TIME position. As a healthcare facility all new hires must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have a medical or religious accommodation before they are hired. In this position you will assist with maintenance of the facility, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties. Job Skills Preferred One year maintenance experience High School Diploma or GED General knowledge of various electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems Knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, sheetrock etc. Genaral understanding of building codes and safety regulations Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude Possess a valid Georgia driver's license Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English IND123 Job Posted by ApplicantPro
