Maintenance Assistant American Groves Gilbert, AZ Responsibilities: Perform all preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep related to all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for community as assigned by Maintenance Director Routinely inspect the physical plant, furniture, fixtures, and equipment of community to confirm they are in good working order Ensure that all vacant resident rooms are ready for a new move in Assist in maintaining a schedule of service for all equipment and operating systems (HVAC, grease traps, fire-suppression hoods, back-flow preventers, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, smoke detection, generator back-up, and all other necessary equipment, furniture, and fixtures). Maintain a schedule of service for all equipment and operating systems Assist in ensuring all AZDHS regulations are met Assist in ensuring all county health department standards are met as assigned by Maintenance Director Ensure all building codes are met Assist with maintaining storage rooms Transport residents in company vehicle to shopping, entertainment, medical appointments, etc. when needed Preform pre-trip inspections of tire, brakes, lights, suspension system, and mirrors as required by State and Federal law Ensures that the interior and the exterior of the bus is clean Maintain logs of trip inspections, preventative maintenance logs, and maintenance records for community vehicle Other Requirements Background Check Drug Screening What is in it for you?
