We’re seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Cedar Springs PARC residence in North Vancouver. As a Maintenance Assistant, you are a caretaker of this vision, responsible for a variety of maintenance activities, plus handyman services for our residents. This includes: Performing maintenance services such as cleaning, painting, plastering, snow removal, minor repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work within established timeframes. Helping to ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the building. Responding to residents’ maintenance requests (work orders) in a timely and professional manner. Assisting with suite preparation for turnover, including carpet cleaning, painting, furniture moving and other tasks.
