Website: https://www.claybourneco.com/ FLSA Status: Non Exempt Prepared Date: 02-01-2024 Effective Date: 02-01-2024 Hiring Manager Job Title: VP of Cultivation Operations Job Function: Maintenance and Groundskeeper Job Level: Individual Contributor Employment Status: Full-time Regular Primary Location: Perris, CA Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper and General Warehouse Maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our warehouse facilities and surrounding grounds. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in groundskeeping, general maintenance tasks, and experience collaborating with contractors and electricians. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintain the appearance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lots. Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter, debris, and weed control. Change light bulbs, repair doors, and perform routine checks on locks to ensure security. Conduct machinery maintenance to ensure proper functionality (as needed and trained) Coordinate and collaborate with general contractors and electricians as needed for specialized maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary package and benefits ($20/hr - $22/hr) depending on experience level.
