Summary Responsible for working incoming mail daily and courier duties to and from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Your role in our mission Daily pick up mail from USPS Office & open on the OPEX machine at the Gainwell office Responsible for timely processing incoming mail and work the return to sender mail as needed Work Soonercare and TPL mail Delivery and pick up mail at OHCA, currently once a day Log certified mail Work returned (flag) mail Uploading videos to MAU folder Assist with scanning documents into COLD and assist with any other work in the mailroom that is needed from day to day Be a backup for working the inserter for outgoing mail What we're looking for Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite General Knowledge of PC/Window Operating System Required Education High School Degree Required Experience Valid Oklahoma Drivers’ License Good Driving Record Ability to lift 50lbs What you should expect in this role Office environment Communication skills Personal computer and business solutions software skills Organization skills to balance and prioritize work Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team. #LI-ON-SITE #LI-JW1 The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
