Will be working 11pm-7am for 3nd shift 1) Doffs bobbins of yarn from spindles of spinning, twisting, or roving frames: Pushes button to stop machine and depresses safeguard to allow yarn to wind around base of new spindle to facilitate restarting. 2) Removes full bobbins of yarn from machine spindles, deposits yarn in handtruck, and places new empty bobbins on spindles of machine. 3) String yarn thru eyelits and tie any breaks in yarn ends. Releases safeguard and restarts machine. 4) Records information, such as doff time, date, and initials to complete company form. 5) Applies grease or oil to rings, using finger or oilcan. Must brush waste from machine. Must be able to stand for entire 8hr shift. Must not be afraid of heights to change out the bobbins from top of industrial dying machine platform. Full bobbins do not weigh more then 15lbs. Must be able to refrain from any tobacco use while on premises for the full 8hr shift. Must have 2 forms of IDs. Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen and criminal background check. Must have previous machine operation and tending experience, good work history and excellent attendance record.
