Impact: Mfg Machine Operator (Coater ) - Operates as part of a team in the processing of PVC and urethane laminates, as well as production of urethane materials. Operations will include applying adhesives to paper or films, laminating, backstripping, winding, transferring adhesive, and inspecting and unloading of processed material.Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined continuous improvement framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action.Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - Midnight Pay: $20.19/hr to start plus $1.00 shift premium ($.75 increase after 6 months) Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.We strongly encourage candidates to apply who can show steady work history. Glens Falls/Queensbury, NY- 40 minutes Saratoga Springs, NY- 50 minutes Manchester, VT- 30 minutes Bounded on the east by the Green Mountains of Vermont, the north by Lake Champlain and Lake George, the west by Saratoga Springs and the south by the Capital District. Additional Description Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The local pay range for this position is $20.19 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential of $1.00 /hr . This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate, Bonus and Shift Differential, annualized ( 40 hrs/week * 52wks) for this position, is $48,400. Additional Pay Incentives for this Role Include: Shift Differentials (e.
