We pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality products in the USA and supporting our local communities through stewardship efforts and volunteer hours.We are looking for a Full Time 2nd shift Machine Operator to join our team.Vallorbs offers a strong training program and we welcome all experience levels to apply!Benefits offered: PTO eligibility after 90 days $1,500 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of employment $1.50 shift differential Benefits eligibility 1st of the month after 30 days Excellent 401k company Match - eligibility 1st of the month after 30 days Quarterly Incentive Bonus Weekly pay Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner Complete required logs and tracking cards Requirements: High school diploma or mechanical aptitude and work experience Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and supervisory level Ability to stand for long periods up to 8-10 hours per shift Lifting of up to 35 lbs. periodically
