Luxury Restaurant General Manager : A GBP 80,000 OTE : NEW OPENING LOCATION: LONDON GREAT NEW ROLE HIRING NOW DONT MISS OUT The owner: operator is overseeing two locations in London with a new opening coming up in Jan/Feb 2024. The growth of the business means they are looking to appointment of a proactive luxury restaurant General Manager who can lead by example and isnt someone that likes to sit in the office, you would need to be actively involved on the floor. The owner is a confident, hands: on individual, establishing a strong working relationship with them as the business expands is key. This business will be in a 5: star luxury setting, they are keen on someone with this experience in London General Manager role: To lead the development of the entire Restaurant across multiple areas To ensure the objectives, programs, and plans are fully aligned to the companys development strategy as per budget To deliver positive results and achieve targets in line with budgets Responsible for multi: function P and L within corporate environment across multiple regions and markets The right person: At least 4 years of leadership experience with a premium dining concept A real food expert is needed with a proven track record of successful restaurant development in luxury dining Very strong strategic and operational capabilities.
