Seeking LPNs for Full Time Day or Evening shift to join the Willamette View community located in Milwaukie, OR. Responsible for managing the care plan for residents within assigned area. Responsible for assuring appropriate follow through of care directions by all members of the assigned nursing team therefore assuring high quality of services in a manner that demonstrates a good understanding of the principles and values of Assisted Living and care of persons with dementia. In addition, that which complies with state laws and regulations and emphasizes shared responsibility with the resident, and supports the resident's choice, dignity, independence, individuality, privacy and right to decision making. RN/LPN role will have you using both your nursing skills and your leadership skills as you work with a team that includes Cargivers/CNA's and Medication Tech. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed LPN through Oregon State Board of Nursing; CPR certificate, Food Handlers Card and First Aide Card Prefer one year prior experience in a nursing facility, hospital or rehabilitation facility. Demonstrates leadership ability and desire for professional growth. Must be available weekends and holidays; Great interpersonal skills & Customer Service skills; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. *Due to Oregon Healthcare Mandate- Proof of COVID-19 fully vaccinated status is required at the time of hire, or complete the OHA Medical or Religious Exception form to reviewed.*RN, Charge Nurse, SNF, Skilled, Geriatrics
