Bend Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting. Our treatment center hours are M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM. What does your day look like: Meet with clients and will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care. Qualifications and Skills Licensure Oregon LPN or RN. CPR Certified. M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program. Current driver's license. We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level. Request form to apply for religious or medical exemption or provide vaccination record to comply with Oregon mandate.
