A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CHARGE NURSE / LPN / RN As a Charge Nurse / LPN / RN, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our senior residents. Under the direction of a physician, you provide them with medical treatment and administer medication. During each shift, you assess residents and document any noted changes in condition including interventions, care provided, and outcomes. You also coordinate and conduct activities of daily living and address family/social concerns. Your passion for your residents is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence.
