Oregon Urology Institute (OUI) has a Full-Time, LPN opportunity. Oregon Urology Institute is one of the largest, most advanced urological centers in the Northwest. Oregon Urology Institute provides patients with some of the region's finest medical experts covering every major urological specialty using proven and leading-edge technologies such as robotic surgery, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy. This position will allow you to serve our patients and make a difference in their care while enjoying a professional and really fun team! Summary: Responsible for partnering with physicians and staff with patient care. Essential Functions: Prepares patients for examination and treatment. Takes patient history/vital signs. Hands on procedure-oriented nursing care in a fast-paced office. Prepares exam rooms and instruments for examination and procedures. Maintains patient confidentiality. Preferred qualifications: Able to assist in a variety of treatments. Skill in taking vital signs. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with physicians, patients and co-workers. Must be flexible and a quick learner. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Current unencumbered LPN license. 1-3 years relevant experience, preferred. Graduation from an accredited LPN/ program required. Current healthcare level CPR certification required. All new employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and able to provide proof on their first day of work. All candidates must pass a drug screen, reference and background check in order to be considered for employment. NOTE : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. This is a Full-time position . LPN wage range: $21.95 to $32.92 per hour, DOE.
