Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Department: Nursing Status: Part Time Shift :Days,Evenings and Nights Req uirements for LPN: Must have a current & valid LPN license in The State of Kentucky Responsibilities for LPN: Working as a team player, provides caring and clinically-astute patient care Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Communicate, consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Maintains accurate and detailed documentation Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Why choose a career with Baptist Life Communities?
