We currently have 2 full-time LPN/RN positions open on our Lucasville, Ohio campus. 1 full-time evening shift and 1 full-time night shift $1500 sign-on bonus! $3/hour shift differential during the hours of 4pm-midnight $6/hour shift differential during the hours of midnight to 8am Competitive Wage!!!Paid Time off and a full comprehensive-benefits package available!The nurse is responsible for coordination of all health and medical services provided to the individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. The primary areas of responsibility for this individual include: knowledge of pertinent policies and procedures, overseeing the administration of medications and medical treatments per physician order, communication with team members, physicians, and others as needed, and assuring proper documentation of medications and treatments administered. The nurse will assist in direct training, follow up, and coaching of team members, keeping the Program Department informed at all times. Finally, s/he is responsible to assist the Program Director/Administrator in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services to the individuals and in communicating with all team members.Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, current LPN or RN License, valid driver's license, personal liability insurance, and a good driving record.
