Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse/RN Supervisors. Job Qualifications: Valid NYS LPN license Previous LPN experience working with geriatric population required, preferred Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Shift hours are 3pm - 11pm Requires every other weekend and holiday rotation commitment SIGN ON BONUS $3,000 PRO-RATED FOR PART TIME
