Our client has been in operation more than 100 years, servicing countries worldwide! What's in it for you: Direct Hire - you'll work directly for our client! Private facility - non hospital setting! Afternoon shift to meet your scheduling needs - 3:00pm-11:00pm Competitive pay rate based on experience: $38.56 hourly Comprehensive benefits package upon hire Pension available! What you'll be doing: Dependability required to ensure consistent care, maintain legal documentation, and uphold nursing standards within our designated scope Low nurse/patient ratio Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient care delivery tailored to the needs of our members while aligning with our client's vision and mission. Understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of our members to provide effective care. Administering medication, completing IV therapy and wound care as needed What we are looking for: A valid NYS LPN license is required. Strict adherence to confidentiality laws is essential. Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred. Strong assessment skills are necessary for occasional post-op and emergency care. CPR certification is mandatory.
