We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of life-safety low-voltage projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction and project management. The Low Voltage Project Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans and schedules and manage project timelines and resources. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and communicated effectively. Develop and manage project budgets, including preparing cost estimates and managing project expenses. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, audiovisual systems, and data networking. Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes. Evaluate project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and management, including presenting project reports and status updates. Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as necessary. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on life safety low-voltage systems. Strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, audiovisual systems, and data networking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. VSC Fire and Security, Inc. is a drug free workplace.
