ISLAND OWL MAZDA is growing again and we are looking for a Lot Manager to join our fun and family-like atmosphere team in our busy Vancouver Island location. If you've got a passion for cars, and experience in detailing or vehicle inventory management, this could be a great opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Keep lot crew on track – step in and wash cars and help when needed Physical lot walk and audit Keep lot and surrounding areas clean, organized and orderly Online inventory upkeep Audit inventory list and used/new listings on website Ensure vehicles travel to Bodyshop, Like New and other dealerships/locations smoothly Training and recruiting! Lot inventory shuffle/clean up Checking supplies Weekly lot crew meeting Budget reviews Review schedule for lot crew Review condition of vehicle on return score Forecasting and goal setting Requirements: Be extremely organized Pay close attention to detail Be self-motivated Ability to work independently and within a team Be able to work effectively against deadlines Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review Wage: $20 to $25 per hour; depending on experience Benefits: Company events Extended health benefits Experience: Lot Manager or Detailer: 1 year At Island Owl Mazda, we are in the business of helping clients from Campbell River and surrounding areas find the perfect new Mazda or pre-owned vehicle.
