We’re a creative and laidback family of 5- mom, dad, our older sonwho will be 8yo at the end of this month, our younger son who will be 4yo this May, and our 13yocockapoo. Originally from Wisconsin, we’ve been in the PNW for over 12 years now and are loving ithere. During our free time, we like to spend our time outdoors rain-or-shine, at our kid’s sportsactivities, going to zoos, and finding local activities to do. Our boys really love music, sports, STEMactivities, Legos, Pokémon, Minecraft, art, and of course playing outside. Our friendly cockapoo wouldlove to be friends with you as well, though he will likely be sleeping upstairs most of the day ;). A bit about you: You’re an energetic and creative nanny who loves providing age-appropriate play,exploration, and being an engaging friend who is willing to get down and have fun! You enjoy variedactivities ranging from having music dance parties, playing outdoors, looking for the next adventure todrive to, crafting, to having quiet moments reading inside together with your nanny kids. Job Duties: Over the course of the school year, mom and dad will be dropping our oldest off at school.You will be responsible for after-school pick-ups and taking the boys to enrolled activities. Mondays andWednesdays will be full days as our youngest does not have preschool. During your free time with theboys: get silly, get creative, read, play games, and join in their adventures! There are parks nearby to goto and we have a zoo pass for any time you might want to plan a trip to see some animals. Your days willinvolve school pick up, driving to activities, light meal prep (we’re talking yummy and simple kid foodlike mac and cheese/sandwiches/etc.) helping the kiddos with after meal/playtime clean up, and keepingthem active and engaged! Start Date: As soon as the right fit nanny can start! Position Highlights: Excellent pay package, paid holidays, mileage (for driving children), long-termoutlook! Qualifications: 1 year of experience, safe and reliable vehicle (able to transport children in), safe drivingrecord, a kind and nurturing demeanor, and glowing references from recent nanny positions. Set yourself apart: Do you like to craft, read, or go on outdoor adventures? Our boys are going to haveso much fun with you! Schedule: M/F: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm, T/W/TH: 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm. Holidays and Summer: 9:00 am -5:00 pm Pay: $30-35 an hour**All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the familyprior to being hired.*Please note that during this time of COVID-19, Jovie expects all employees to follow CDC guidelines andensure best hygiene practices when working and in their personal time.
