Looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics operations for cold chain pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities * Supervise logistics for cold chain pharmaceuticals, covering transportation, storage, and distribution. * Ensure compliance with regulations and standards through coordination with internal and external teams. * Monitor temperature controls and take corrective actions for product integrity. * Manage inventory and streamline supply chain processes for cost-effectiveness. * Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and best practices. * Handle multiple shipments while meeting quality standards and deadlines. * Optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and smooth functioning. * Coordinate receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. * 3-5 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals. * Expertise in cold chain logistics and regulatory standards. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. * Experience with temperature-controlled shipping methods preferred. * Knowledge of GDP and GMP preferred. Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems. * Flexible schedule availability.
