Our European Business Operations Team is an integrated team comprised of four core functions, Customer Experience, Planning, Process Excellence and Logistics, the vision for our team is to create a competitive advantage for INVISTA while providing a superior buying experience to our preferred partners. What You Will Do You will be responsible for overseeing logistics activities throughout Europe, you will stay connected to the wider logistics market & apply scenario and option thinking to problem solve and make recommendations to the business. You will support the development and optimization of global supply chains, by proactively sharing your knowledge of transportation compliance, and freight management. You will also be accountable to plan and carry out activities for the movement of goods throughout Europe as well as import and export activities, in order to meet our production requirements. This role will predominantly work with Dangerous Goods that require a great deal of care, the individual in this role will develop their knowledge and take on the responsibilities of a Dangerous Goods subject matter expert. As part of our vision, we are looking for someone who will (1) identify and capture profitable opportunities that create marginal value for INVISTA & it's counterparts, and (2) transform how work is accomplished, through innovation & transformation.
