Haematology Biomedical Scientist : Band 6 : Plymouth : Ongoing contract Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a highly experienced Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in a reputable NHS hospital. Job Title: Haematology Biomedical Scientist : Band 5 and 6 to be considered Transfusion experience is desirable Location: Plymouth Duration: Ongoing Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours, Evenings and weekends required (Core hours only initially) Shift patterns: 9am : 5pm, 2pm : 10pm, 8pm : 8:30am Start Date: ASAP End Date: 3 months rolling contract Rate of pay: A GBP 20 : 27 p/h DOE and Banding Analysers: Allinity for Haematology, Stago for Coagulation, Immucor for Blood Transfusion Requirements and qualifications required for this role: Current HCPC Registration IBMS Accredited Degree Experience working within a Haematology and/or Blood Transfusion laboratory At least 6 months UK experience in a lab Working hours and contract duration: This position will require you to work from Monday to Sunday, but hours can be somewhat flexible.
