New Job Opportunity - Loan Processor: New job opportunity with a client based out of Frederick, MD. Looking to hire a Loan Processor with at least one year of professional work experience (Do not need to have experience processing loans - Will train). Must be motivated and willing to learn. We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks. Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire On Site initially for training, then one day work from home Day to Day Activities: Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit, employment, income and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting. Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting. Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file. Complete the required loan checklist. Set up loan files Qualifications: High School Diploma Required, Bachelors degree is preferred At least a year of professional work experience Great Communication and Customer Service Powered by JazzHR
