Sundays Off DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Provide friendly, courteous customer service. Greet customers as they enter Dollar Loan Center with a smile and upbeat attitude. Inform potential customers of the benefits of Dollar Loan Center! Serve as an opener & closer of assigned store location. Cover management duties if supervisor is not present. Travel to cover other locations as needed. Verify information on customer applications for completeness and accuracy. Process loan applications in a time manner. Inform existing customers of all the exciting new and existing benefits Dollar Loan Center has to offer. Create positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention. Partner with surrounding businesses to gain referrals. Ability to handle multiple customers' needs during peak times throughout the day. Able to count money and make change. Ability to answer questions about customer accounts. Maintain a safe, and clean office environment for customers and coworkers. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED. Computer literate. Excellent Communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive Attitude Strong work ethic Willingness to learn Reliable Transportation Satisfactorily pass a background check Familiar with basic office equipment Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
