Training provided to new team members to guarantee success and results!• Check out our Google reviews and see what our customers have to say! *Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office* Responsibilities: • Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork• Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator• Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service• Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed• Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. Qualifications: • Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred• Comprehension of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients• Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting• Previous mortgage exp. is a plus!• Strong communication skills - Must be comfortable on the phone • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills• Self-motivated, high energy, and hungry for a six-figure income• High School Diploma Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
