Here are the details:Job Overview:Serve as a market leader in Boston, driving revenue and team growth.Act as an in-office leader, fostering culture, camaraderie, and collaboration.Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth plans and strategy.Make improvement recommendations to partners and firm leadership.Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.Manage performance metrics using practice quality software.Duties:Led Boston market, driving revenue and team growth.Build culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across offices and regions.Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth strategy.Make improvement recommendations to partners and firm leadership.Manage family law cases from beginning to end.Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.Track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics through practice quality software.Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience.1st chair family law experience, including handling complex litigation matters.Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.Skills:Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of successful case management.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
