We are a small law firm looking for paralegal support for a dynamic civil litigation practice. The position requires a flexible attitude and the ability to self-motivate but also allows immediate responsibility for case files, personal and telephonic client interaction and office administration tasks. We offer a competitive salary between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities:• Case File Management - We are a dynamic practice with a lot going on, so organization and processes are a must• Personal and Telephonic Client Interaction - Paralegals are often the first and most frequent contacts for clients, so people skills are highly important• Office Administration - A flexible attitude is necessary, as a small office requires that everyone chips in with everything Qualifications:• College degree or paralegal certification• Excellent typing skills for both speed and accuracy• Proofreading ability• Self-motivated• Outgoing and pleasant (we are a service-oriented business, after all) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: We litigate civil cases. We handle a wide variety of cases, from trust & estate to real property to business to aviation. An excellent attitude and willingness to work hard are more important than years of experience.
