Duties:Manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including issuing monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.Make recommendations to practice managers for process improvements.Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.Conduct legal research and analysis related to family law matters.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.Collaborate with legal team members on case strategy and resolution. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.1st chair family law experience.Licensed to practice law in the state of MN.Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software. Experience:2-6 years of litigation experience. Education Certifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in MN. Skills:Strong litigation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
