The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in matters related to connectivity, privacy, and copyright law.Duties:Handle a caseload involving litigation matters related to connectivity, privacy, and copyright law.Conduct legal research and draft documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.Assist with deposition preparation and participate in depositions.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other proceedings.Provide legal counsel to clients on connectivity, privacy, and copyright law matters.Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and client representation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation, particularly in connectivity, privacy, and copyright law.Strong understanding of relevant federal and state laws and regulations.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Litigation experience, particularly in connectivity, privacy, and copyright law matters.Legal research and writing skills.Deposition preparation and participation.Client counseling and communication.Case strategy development.Courtroom advocacy.
