The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, hearings, and trials, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Proficiency in legal research, preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as prior experience with depositions and trials, is highly advantageous. Duties:Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Conduct legal research to support case progression and management.Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates on case progress.Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial environment to strategize and execute case objectives.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Requirements:3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on complex civil cases.Federal or state clerkship experience is desirable.Proficient in legal research and preparing pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or qualified to obtain licensure by reciprocity. Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Adept at client interactions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
