Pancho & Lefty's Cantina is an exciting new Tex-Mex concept started right here in Nashville. We are currently hiring for a new location opening in the Sylvan Parkneighborhood in West Nashville. Our line/prep cook handles our high quality products with speed and confidence. S/he loves cooking and works takes pride in the food that s/he serves every day. Quality and consistency is key to this position. S/he must be able to read and follow our recipes accurately every day. This is a fast-paced environment and s/he must be prepared to work hard, but have fun.This restaurant has a unique vibe with amazing innovative food, inventive cocktails, and dynamic atmosphere. We are looking for strong team players who want to be a part of our exciting future as open this new location in West Nashville.Job Type: Part-time
