MMI Hotel Group is now managing Fontana Village located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and is under new ownership who plan on making the lodge a destination for families, groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Fontana Village is now hiring for Line Cooks. This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by developing knowledge of all menu items, completing opening and closing duties as necessary, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, this could be the job for you!
