Description:
Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the opening and closing procedures for the kitchen stations. Prepare food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and preparing salads. Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes. Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: One year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
