OUR LINE COOKS : Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every menu item has been prepared correctly and every detail is perfect Know the cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of their hands Understand the importance of a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and take the safety of the food, guests and team seriously Inspire their teammates to ask them for help. Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred. Steak house experience a plus Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification Powered by JazzHR
