Essential duties and responsibilities: Cooks food to order while adhering to quality and portion controls. Prepares food for station according to standardized recipes. Follows production sheets to ensure adequate stock of food items on assigned station. Communicates with coworkers to ensure food is delivered to customers in a timely manner. Complies with all safety and sanitation standards set by both Levy and health department. Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to policy. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area. Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food. Performs other duties as directed. Job Requirements Must be at leat 21 years of age or older. Minimum 1+ years cooking experience in full service restaurants.
