What we expect from you as a Line Cook : While your day-to-day tasks are related to creating dishes to set standards, and prepping, maintaining, and breaking down your station, these three responsibilities are at the core of the line cook role: Understanding and executing the culinary vision Engaging in a high performing team and contributing to a healthy environment Keeping operations streamlined and productive What you’ll need to be successful in this position: You need to have some chops to be a Kim's Line Cook , enough to be able to confidently and consistently keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates. Line cooks start at $19.00 an hour plus monthly cash tips.
