Cook Job Summary The Brigantine, Inc. is a locally owned and operated restaurant group with over 50 years serving our San Diego communities. We are looking for energetic team players who pride themselves in great food and an eagerness to ensure a great experience for our guests. We are looking for both part time and full-time cooks at all of our locations under all of our brands, Brigantine, Miguel's Cocina, & Ketch. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years' experience in a cook or prep position. Experience with various cooking methods and procedures preferred. Great technique and strong knife skills set you apart. Accuracy and speed in executing tasks. Attention to detail & organizational skills. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling & storage of food. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. A team player. It takes the whole team, both front and back of house to create great guest experiences. Follows directions and instructions. Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs. and continuously bend, reach, and twist. Must be at least 18 years old.
